Shipping Policy

Made to order Every Drift and Cast product is printed especially for you once you place your order, so please allow a little extra time before it ships.

Production time Orders usually take 2–5 working days to produce before dispatch.

UK delivery Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £20. Orders under £20 pay a delivery charge, shown at checkout.

International delivery We ship to the European Union and many other countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery rates and estimated times are shown at checkout and vary by destination. International orders usually arrive within 5–15 working days of dispatch. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Multiple parcels Our products are made by different production partners, so orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll only pay delivery once.

Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays and lost parcels Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by busy periods or courier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch (UK) or 30 working days (international), email us at driftandcast@yahoo.com and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or incorrect items Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, misprinted or wrong, email driftandcast@yahoo.com straight away with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
